Specials are things like HADs, unnatural eye-colors or hair-colors or relations. These are always very expensive.

Prices for these things are high, but these things would be highly unlikely to begin with. The high prices are in an attempt to keep the number of occurrences very low.
Another kind of special is to have a particular kind of character or have them be able to carry certain kinds of weaponds.
