Appearance:
At 5'8", Datura is a tallish woman. She's lanky, with a severe expression that's only made more sharp by her pointed features. She has large eyes, which are at odds with the rest of her appearance, which are a lacy gray tone, and an upturned nose. She is fairly pale, and tends to burn before she tans. Her black hair is shorn short at the end, with long sides: kind of a reverse bob, with sharp diagonals towards the front of her face.
Personality:
Strong, severe, brave, opinionated, quiet, unfond of most people, serious, calm, usually seems tense, very very smart, thoughtful, diligent, artistic, devoted to her artwork, creative, fast learner, educated, philosophical, good at debating but dislikes doing it, Moral, considers what she does before she does it, careful, forward, sarcastic, sardonic, impatient with people, fond of cats, loyal, values freedom, easily frustrated, verbally vicious when provoked, usually on edge, somewhat defensive, does NOT want to be involved in a war, is only slightly fonder of fighting thread and other threats-- but will do it because she has to, peaceful (Surprisingly), likes animals, frequently seeks a reprieve in the stables. Slightly political, concerned with the world at large, wishes she could just bugger off of it all and do her glasswork but she can't.

Introverted, strong, loyal first to his rider and then to his weyr to the point he would do anything, respects those who earn it, reserved, comes across stiff and a little socially awkward but quite relaxed and amiable around his rider, can be harsh to others but endlessly patient with her, dismissive of those he views as lesser—a judgement based not on caste but his perceptions of their character, no time for foolishness, easily exasperated, will not back down from confrontation, proud, intense, calculating, dedicated, cautious, intelligent, won’t hold back on his opinions in matters he cares about, not ambitious but won’t back down from leadership if he thinks others are doing a bad job, fond of small animals—playful if he wasn’t afraid of squashing them. Seems to have a knack for fading into the background that’s impressive given his size.
Bonded's Appearance:
Dominantly a greeny bronzey-shade, this primary tone is broken with a splash-like pale marking, broken here and there and framed with brown. He’s big and bulky, a large dragon, with large wings and robust frame to match, a little soft around the edges rather than muscular but don’t underestimate his power. He is an excellent endurance flier.
History
Born in Antaris to a painter and a glasscrafter. A lonely child, was never really interested in being very social. Showed an aptitude for art at a young age, but grew very interested in glass around the time she was 12, and went to the glasscraft shortly thereafter.
Threw herself into her studies. Became a journeyman at 19.
Went on a trading trip to Silence weyr to sell her glass-wares alongside a glass master, and was offered search by a smaller male dragon who was as fascinated by her glasswork as he was by her. Stood shortly thereafter.
Impressed Dusekatth on the first try, had an average time through weyrlinghood.
somewhat at odds with being a 'rider because it draws so much time away from her craft, which she now pursues as a hobby.
